We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Because our products are wellness and personal-use products, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, or tampered items unless the product arrived damaged or defective.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened supplements or consumable wellness products
  • Used personal-care products
  • Products with damaged seals or missing packaging
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable
  • Gift cards


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.


How to Start a Return

Return Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is caused by an error on our part.


Refunds

Order Cancellations

Exchanges
